About the role

As an Import Product Manager at PT Indo Premium, you will play a pivotal role in managing the import and BPOM registration of products for our rapidly growing business. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Register food and drinks products in BPOM office by obtaining documents from overseas company.

Oversee the end-to-end import process, from order placement to customs clearance and delivery to our warehouses.

Liaise with international suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products

Manage import documentation, including customs declarations and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise the transportation and distribution of imported goods.

Analyse market trends and customer demands to inform import strategies and product selection.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the import function.

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in an import/export or customs role.

Proven track record of successfully managing the import process, from order placement to customs clearance and delivery.

Excellent understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise import processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with international suppliers

Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
