Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a Data Analyst to support SKALA and Indonesian counterparts with quantitative, spatial, and geospatial analyses covering development, GEDSI, planning, and MSS. You will work with national and subnational teams to strengthen evidence-based planning, budgeting, and service delivery across multiple districts, including Aceh and Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban and regional planning.
• Basic experience with spatial analysis and visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic experience on government data analysis, One Data Implementation, with spatial planning preferable.
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, STATA, NVIVO for dataset analysis.
• Adept at using data processing platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative, spatial, and geospatial analysis to support SEPAKAT’s analytical needs.
• Analyze hydrometeorological hazards, climate change, and disaster impacts on populations and infrastructure.
• Review accessibility analysis for MSS facilities and service coverage.
• Identify additional data sources for socioeconomic and service-delivery analyses.
• Design analytical modules for SEPAKAT and related dashboards and platforms.
• Clarify roles of data producers and strengthen data provision arrangements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure gender, disability, and inclusion considerations are integrated.
• Support governance activities, meeting prep, materials, and reporting.
• Undertake other tasks as requested by SKALA.
