What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Continuously deliver relevant offers, member benefits and activities & promotions for IKEA family members through working closely with other Service Office (SO) functions based on deep understanding of our customers’ needs and wants, organizational priorities, as well as competitive landscape to deliver on IKEA family KPIs
- Secure strong visual identity and presence for IKEA family on all external facing channels, including selling channels like stores and all e-commerce channels as well as owned and paid media through close collaboration with SO Home Furnishing & Retail Development & marketing teams
- Formulate and work with data analyst to implement and enhance performance of CRM communication plan to maximize communication effectiveness based on time and budget resources
- Regularly share updates to IKEA Family Manager and the team on all IKEA family metrics, including but not limited to campaigns, communications and media mix effectiveness, new & active members, as well as budget usage
- Work closely with commercial activities working group to integrate IKEA family offers into the country commercial calendar in a way that is aligned with agreed upon principles and objectives. Be an advocate of IKEA family to both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing IKEA family awareness and profile
- Work with IKEA Family Manager to implement the IKEA family strategy (recruitment, engagement, communication, benefits etc.), ensuring timely, effective and cost-conscious implementation, with a ROI-driven mindset to deliver on IKEA family objectives and KPIs
We want you to be a person who:
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in loyalty programs and management, B2C database marketing or segment marketing. A track record of exceeding expectations with Direct Marketing campaigns
- Track record of delivering commercial value through data insights
- Experience and affinity with data mining, making business cases
- Commercially minded and good communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Project management experience
- Ability to build up an internal network and ability to see the big picture
