What you’ll be doing day to day:

  1. Continuously deliver relevant offers, member benefits, activities, and promotions for IKEA family members through close collaboration with other Service Office (SO) functions, based on a deep understanding of customer needs, organizational priorities, and the competitive landscape to meet IKEA family KPIs.
  2. Secure a strong visual identity and presence for IKEA family across all external channels, including stores, e-commerce platforms, and media, in partnership with SO Home Furnishing, Retail Development, and marketing teams.
  3. Work with data analysts to implement and improve the performance of CRM communication plans, maximizing effectiveness within budget and time constraints.
  4. Regularly update the IKEA Family Manager and team on key metrics such as campaign performance, communication effectiveness, new and active members, and budget usage.
  5. Collaborate with the commercial activities group to integrate IKEA family offers into the country’s commercial calendar, aligning with principles and objectives. Promote IKEA family awareness among internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Assist the IKEA Family Manager in executing the IKEA family strategy, including recruitment, engagement, communication, and benefits, ensuring timely, effective, and cost-efficient implementation with a focus on ROI.

We want you to be a person who:

  • Has at least 8 years of relevant experience in loyalty programs, B2C database marketing, or segment marketing, with a proven track record in direct marketing campaigns.
  • Has demonstrated ability to generate commercial value through data insights.
  • Has experience and interest in data mining and making business cases.
  • Possesses strong communication skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Can build internal networks and see the big picture.
