Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management professional to lead and sustain access governance across our systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure.

You will conduct UARs, PARs, and access recertification, analyze entitlements, support RBAC and PAM solutions, and coordinate with IT, Security, Audit, and Compliance to ensure policy conformance. Candidates should have 4–7 years in IAM/IT security or IT Audit, familiarity with CyberArk, Sailpoint,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of IAM/IT security/IT governance/IT compliance or IT audit experience.
• Experience conducting user access reviews, privileged access reviews, role management, and access recertification.
• Familiarity with CyberArk, Sailpoint, AD, operating systems, database access, and enterprise application access.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel (lookup, pivot, reporting), and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Understanding of audit and compliance fundamentals.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor user access rights to company systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Conduct User Access Reviews (UAR), Privileged Access Reviews (PAR), and access recertification to ensure access aligns with business needs and security policies.
• Analyze user entitlements, roles, and access matrices to identify access risks and ensure appropriate access control implementation.
• Support the implementation and management of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and privileged accounts using IAM/PAM solutions.
• Manage access requests, changes, and revocations through a ticketing system in accordance with SLAs.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with information security policies.
• Support audit activities by providing documentation, evidence, and reports related to access control.
• Prepare periodic IAM reports and provide recommendations for improvements to security risks and audit findings.
• Ability to analyze access matrices and user entitlements.
