Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Management Information System to join our dynamic team at Tzu Chi School Pantai Indah Kapuk 1. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation and management of our organisation's information systems and technology infrastructure. The role is based in our office in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the development and maintenance of our management information systems

Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems (School Information System and Enterprise Resource Planning) to enhance operational efficiency and support the organisation's objectives

Manage the IT team, including training and performance management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that address business needs

Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of our information systems

Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Participate in strategic decision-making and provide data-driven insights to support the organisation's growth

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in management information systems, with a strong background in information technology management

Proven track record in leading and managing IT teams, including project management and resource allocation

Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level information systems, software development, and database management

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is much preferred.

Familiarity with Education Sector is an advantage

Fluency in English is a must.
