Job description

Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and required resources.

Lead, guide, and motivate project teams, including developers, analysts, and other technical specialists.

Establish effective communication with clients, management, and internal teams to align objectives and expectations.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and design appropriate mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

Ensure the project stays within budget and manage resource allocation efficiently.

Guarantee compliance with industry standards, company policies, and established quality requirements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects (software development, system implementation, or digital transformation).

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent).

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or databases is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.

Certified PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
