Job summary

Medco E&P Indonesia is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to protect IT and industrial control system environments. You will conduct vulnerability assessments, perform penetration testing on IT & OT systems, and assess security controls across internal processes.

The role requires hands-on ICS/OT security work with PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI, and SCADA environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• OSCP certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with ICS/OT environments (PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI, SCADA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• To conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration test IT & OT system.
• To assess security controls and evaluate the security posture of organizational internal controls for IT & OT system.
• To provide IT security consultancy to various users and projects especially related to IT system & industrial control system.
• To research security trends, new methods, and techniques to eliminate the possibility of system breaches.
