Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

Managing one of the most important assets in Ice Cream business, cabinet freezer, through:

  • Cabinet Planning (Strategy on allocation & distribution to areas based on PPC/PPO; competitor; GDP; etc)

  • Cabinet Purchasing process (system processing through Unimart, communication with global & local procurement team; Import & regulatory team -Supply Chain )

  • Cabinet Stock Take & Verification process

  • Dormant (Non Productive cabinet) reduction strategy & monitoring

  • CCS Application Lead (communication with CCS developer & IT team)

  • Build intensive communication with cabinet suppliers (negotiation; coordination)

  • CLS (Cabinet Lead Supervisor) Coordinator

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degrees from any major are open.

  • Professional with a minimum of 2 yearsrelevant workingexperience, preferably in FMCG industry.

  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Excel and Power BI is a must

  • Willing to travel across his/her area of responsibility

  • Adaptability and resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skill

  • Strong data analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Excellent Microsoft office & Excel or Power BI to able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across functional and global stakeholders.

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Strategic Vision:Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans to achieve business goals.

  • Adaptability:Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.

  • Leadership:Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Consumer Love: Always looks for better ways to serve consumers. Invests in time inside and outside to understand the needs of consumers.
