Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IB/SPK/International schools, with proven experience in IB Visual Arts (Senior High School).
• Fluency in spoken and written English (primary language of instruction).
• Strong understanding of IB curriculum, inquiry-based learning, and portfolio guidance.
• Proficient in integrating educational technology and modern digital tools (including AI) into lessons.
• Excellent classroom management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multicultural community.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons aligned with IB Diploma Programme and international curriculum standards.
• Guide Senior High School students in developing artistic skills, conceptual thinking, personal portfolios, and creative projects.
• Apply student-centered and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
• Assess student progress, manage classroom learning records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize art exhibitions, showcases, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Manage and maintain studio art equipment, materials, and classroom resources.
• Collaborate with faculty for interdisciplinary projects and actively engage in school events.
