The role requires coordinating with the sales and study abroad teams, monitoring sector trends, and conducting onboarding for new participants. Hybrid Jakarta location with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's graduate preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of counseling or advising students on educational opportunities.
• Familiarity with scholarship programs and funding options for study abroad.
• Understanding of admissions, programs and visa requirements for studying abroad.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective B2B and B2C customers in selecting study abroad options.
• Address questions regarding study abroad offerings and services.
• Answer inquiries related to products offered by Kobi Education.
• Guide students in developing scholarship applications to improve success.
• Collaborate with sales and study abroad teams to improve service delivery.
• Monitor trends in the study abroad sector to provide informed advice.
• Conduct coaching sessions for current mentees navigating scholarship prep.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new participants in the program.
