Job summary

LIA'SON PTE LTD in South Jakarta is seeking an Interior Designer to transform concepts into precise 2D and 3D drawings and provide crucial on-site support through construction to completion.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior and bring 3–5 years of experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp, including strong technical drawing skills. This role offers a hybrid work environment with potential site travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Interior/Architecture firm, ideally across residential and office projects.
• Must reside in Jakarta Metropolitan Area.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ability to use rendering software is a bonus.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate architectural designs and concepts into detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Produce a range of technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure drawings adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Provide support to the design team as needed.
• Conduct site surveys, take site measurements and create as-built drawings.
• Develop working and detail drawings as part of tender and construction set.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors; revise drawings as required.
• Review shop drawings submitted by consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure realization of design intent on site.
