Job summary

Altius Hospitals Puri Indah seeks a qualified professional to enter, verify, and track imaging orders in the EMR. You will coordinate patient diagnostic appointments, upload outside films, and ensure complete records before physician sessions.

The role acts as the main liaison among patients, clinicians, outside agencies, and radiology teams, with remote scheduling and on-site coordination responsibilities. Strong imaging physics knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Physics, Physics, or closely related field.
• Min. 2 years experience in Hybrid Imaging Dept.
• Completion of a clinical residency program in diagnostic imaging physics.
• Professional board certification (ABR or local equivalent).
• Deep imaging physics knowledge with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and track imaging orders and diagnostic referrals in the EMR system.
• Coordinate patient diagnostic appointments and upload outside films or studies.
• Serve as the main contact between patients, clinical providers, outside agencies, and internal radiology teams.
• Handle remote scheduling, chart tracking, and telehealth support on remote days; manage on-site staff coordination.
• Maintain logs, manage authorization faxes/paperwork, and assist with accreditation and safety protocols.
