Fitch Group is seeking an Engineering & Quality – Full Stack Engineer at our Jakarta, Indonesia office. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications across frontend and backend layers, build UI components with React/TypeScript, and develop robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot or Python APIs.

You will collaborate across product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications across front-end and backend layers
• Build intuitive UI components (React/TypeScript) and robust backend services (Java/Spring Boot or Python APIs)
• Develop and integrate APIs and data services with enterprise data platforms and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and data/engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and implement best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and optimize applications for performance
