Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC in Jakarta is seeking an Associate Specialist, PV to support local pharmacovigilance activities including AE case management, translations, and documentation in accordance with PV procedures and local regulations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners, with opportunities to assist audits, implement PSMPs, and maintain PV procedures as part of a fixed-term assignment. Fluency in English and local language is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Health, life science, or medical science degree or equivalent by education/experience.
• Work Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• General knowledge of AE reporting requirements and relevant PV regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with execution of local PV processes and activities in collaboration with internal areas and external parties.
• Assist with day-to-day adverse events case management including intake, translations, acknowledgments, follow-up and submission.
• Supports local PV audits and inspections when requested.
• Participates in issue management/compliance activities and assists in coordinating local corrective actions.
• Supports development and maintenance of local PV procedures and controlled documents.
• Responsible for filing, storage and archiving of safety-related documentation.
