Pt Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) seeks a Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team in Tangerang in a hybrid role. You will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and translate findings for stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate across departments to define KPIs, improve data quality, and deliver clear insights using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings effectively, both verbally and in writing, within a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Translate complex data findings into easily understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
