Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Surabaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR management. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting the recruitment process.
