Human Resources Specialist

SMOORE Indonesia is part of SMOORE International Holdings Ltd., an atomization technology platform. We have four plants in Indonesia, and our second plant in Purwosari - Pasuruan is seeking a Human Resource Specialist. This position will manage the employee database and payroll processes. Here are the details of the position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Continuously update and improve the personnel database to ensure the accuracy of the information.
2. Prepare and process payrolls for employees according to the company's pay cycle.
3. Calculate wages and deductions based on employee attendance and timesheets.
4. Prepare payroll reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
5. Create and maintain employee payroll records, including adding new employees and processing salary changes.
6. Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and other regulations.
7. Handle employee insurance claims.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Information System Technology.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resource staff.
3. Familiar with Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
4. Understanding of government regulations, labor law, PPh 21, and labor relations.
5. Proficiency in English as a working language.
