Job Description

  1. Act as an expert to administrators and staff regarding arrangements and systems.
  2. Manage and screen inner HR frameworks and databases.
  3. Plan and carry out organizational strategies, company costs and budget, and key HR measurement strategy.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years of experience at the management level.
  2. Preferably coming from a multinational manufacturing or FMCG background.
  3. Professional level of English proficiency.
  4. Proven skills in compensation and benefits, corporate budget planning, operations, and policies.
