Duties and Responsibilities
As Human Resources Manager, I will support and oversee the efficient operation of the HR department to deliver exceptional products and services aligned with brand standards. My key role will include assisting the Director of Human Resources in developing and implementing the resort’s HR plans, including manpower, benefits, payroll, training, induction, and host engagement initiatives.
