You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
