One of our business units in commercial property is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function across the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Manage compensation and benefit.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide HR-related input and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
