Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing Plant

As Manufacturing Plant Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate across Business Centers to deliver value-added HR services to both management and employees. These services will support key business goals through initiatives such as talent management, HR program development, recruitment, behavioral and compliance frameworks, total rewards and performance management, as well as employee and industrial relations. Your role will also focus on ensuring efficient, cost-effective administrative operations and service delivery—while upholding the highest standards of employee experience and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall human resources functions and processes for manufacturing, including recruitment, remuneration, welfare & benefits, people development, talent management/succession planning, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Support and liaise with other functional/departmental heads to understand required HR strategies and ensure HR objectives are aligned with company objectives and targets.
  • Partner with line management to identify solutions and improvements in existing processes, optimize communication flows inside the Manufacturing Team, and maximize workforce performance (increase productivity, eliminate waste, improve morale).
  • Manage, implement, execute and promote employee relations, working with unions and employee committees, safety and health, employee activities, and labor issues.
  • Implement, manage, maintain and monitor ongoing employee training and development programs to support personnel quality and job competency.
  • Implement and manage compensation and benefits for manufacturing associates, payroll processes, reporting and analysis, payroll issues, and maintain employee records; administer insurance and other benefits programs and assist employees in understanding and participating in these programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in HR-related knowledge.
