We’re excited to hire and welcome team members to our national park locations! Xanterra Travel Collection is a private company that provides concession services within national parks. All services operated by Xanterra, including lodging, dining, retail, and tour operations, are currently open and continue to operate as planned for the 2025 summer season. Any potential government layoffs within the National Park Service do not impact our positions or job offers.

Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will be skilled in managing employee benefits, human resources information systems (HRIS), onboarding in a manner that retains staff members long term and supports our employer brand. We are proud of our committed workforce and our Human Resources Manager is tasked with ensuring that our company culture welcomes and supports each person in achieving career goals within the organization.
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director and Assistant Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, consistency and results of the Human Resources function.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $57304 per year
Housing: 2 bedroom unit offered at $222 per month
Schedule: May include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
