Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our people culture, supporting our team’s development, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. You will manage the entire HR function within our F&B operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Oversee the full recruitment cycle for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles

Coordinate job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks

Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are properly inducted

2. Employee Relations & HR Policies

Promote a positive workplace culture in line with company values

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures

3. Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training sessions

Monitor employee performance and support career development initiatives

4. Performance & Evaluation

Lead the performance review process and help implement KPIs

Support managers in coaching and feedback practices

5. HR Administration & Payroll Support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Assist in payroll data preparation and ensure timely submission to finance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, BPJS, and other statutory obligations

Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning

Collaborate with leadership on initiatives related to retention, culture, and employee engagement

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in managing HR in a multi-location restaurant or hospitality business

Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or local equivalents) is a plus
