Restaurant:NOMAD – Premium Greek Cuisine

We are launching a premium Greek restaurant in Uluwatu and are looking for a skilled and proactiveHR Managerto build and lead a team of around 50 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle recruitment: posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, supporting managers in hiring decisions
  • Hiring a team of approx. 50 staff: chefs, commis, waiters, bartenders, cleaners, etc.
  • Managing employee documentation and contracts in accordance with Indonesian labor law
  • Processing payroll (GROSS salary), calculating tax, managing employee benefits
  • Handling employee onboarding, performance evaluations, exit interviews, and terminations
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy corporate culture
  • Ensuring full HR legal compliance and documentation systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum2 years of experience in HRwithin thehospitality or F&B (HORECA)sector
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, employee tax, benefits, and local labor regulations
  • Good command of English is a must
  • Degree or courses inHuman Resourcesor a related field are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
