Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources functions and ensure smooth operations within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws (UU Ciptakerja and its supplements), HR best practices and talent management strategies
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve workplace conflicts effectively and diplomatically.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's business objectives
  • Handle Legality of Sole Agent Company
