A leading logistics provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR Department. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, be fluent in English, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Experience in HR, preferably in a PMA company.
  • Minimum 7 years in a supervisory HR role.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Computer literacy is mandatory.

Job description

Responsible for overall management of the HR Department.

Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling and disciplinary issues.

Work with the Global/Regional officeto support the implementation of Global/Regional HR programs/training/ assignments in the company.

Responsible for all HR activities and make sure that all company regulations/policies to be in line with Government Regulations.

Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.

Providing HR report to the Management including report to the government authorities.

Developing and managing effective communication with employees and with external parties such as related authorities, HR vendors etc.

Any other HR-related tasks when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) fromany major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Having experience in HR matters, preferably in a PMA company.

Has minimum 7 years of experience in the related supervisory position.

Good interpersonal & communication skillsas well asnegotiationand decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and detail-oriented.

Able to work in a team and under pressure.

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.
