We are introducing a brand-new concept in competitive adventure, redefining the experience of indoor entertainment. Our flagship park in Bali combines thrilling indoor activities, as well as a café, lounge, and retail areas.

Position Overview:

Lead the HR team to deliver and support all HR functions for the business, including:

• Employee Assistance
• Succession Planning
• Training and Development
• Recruitment
• Human Resource Budget
• Selection and Manning
• SOP and P&P
• Organization/Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

To drive our business culture: (Vision/Mission/Values/Principles)

Ensuring our HR strategies and processes align and support our business goals.

Sharing our culture with all employees during onboarding and orientation.

Minimum of 3 years in a senior human resources role within the leisure and hospitality sector.

Certified as a trainer in at least 3 Human Resource and Training Programs.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
