A leading company in the animation industry seeks a Human Resources Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that support the studio's goals. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in HR, with 5 years in a managerial role, fostering employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse HR team and drive organizational culture.
Delivery: What you produce
1. Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the Studio’s goals and values.
2. Providing guidance and support to the HR team in various HR functions, such as
performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
3. Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic
decision-making.
4. Overseeing the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the
Studio.
5. Collaborating with department heads and managers to address HR-related needs and
challenges.
Measurements: How we measure it or what is your KPI
1. Overall employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
2. Successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
3. Compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
4. Effectiveness of HR programs to enhance employee development and performance.
Responsibilities: What you are regularly responsible for doing on your job
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the
Studio’s objectives
2. Leading and mentoring the HR team, ensuring their professional growth and development
3. Conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance on performance
improvement plans
4. Overseeing employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution
5. Collaborating with the management team to drive Studio culture and employee
engagement
6. Ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and regulations
7. Implementing employee development and training initiatives to enhance skills and
competencies
8. Overseeing HR administration, including payroll, personnel records and HRIS
management
Requirement:
Knowledge
1. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
2. Understanding of organizational development and strategic HR planning
3. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software
Experience
1. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR related roles and minimum 5 years in managerial HR department
2. Proven track records in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
3. Experience in managing a diverse HR team and driving employee engagement
Technical skills
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret HR metrics and data.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder
management.
3. Proficient in HR Management System and performance management software
4. Capable of effectively overseeing HR Department performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution of HR initiatives.
