Position: Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in managerial or leadership roles
3. Fluent in both active and passive English communication
4. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
5. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and collaboration across all levels of the company
