A tech-driven insurance company in Jakarta seeks an HR Manager to oversee HR operations, payroll, HRIS, benefits, and office management. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with payroll and tax reporting, maintain data accuracy, and manage employee engagements. The ideal applicant should have a degree in HR or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll systems. This role offers a pivotal opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.
We’re looking for a HR Manager to own HR operations, payroll, HRIS (Mekari Talenta), benefits, and general affairs/office management. You’ll ensure accurate, compliant payroll and tax reporting (PPh 21), keep HR data clean, support budgeting and payroll reconciliation with Finance, manage vendors and office facilities, and keep HR policies and onboarding/offboarding running smoothly.
