We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function across multiple business units. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes initiative, and understands the nuances of both corporate and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop HR policies, systems, and structures suitable for a growing multi-sector company.
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
Drive the performance evaluation processes, ensuring they are implemented regularly, fairly, and transparently.
Foster an open, accountable work environment, promoting direct communication and collaboration.
Advise on employee relations, including contracts, discipline, and conflict resolution.
Manage HR administration: employment documentation, benefits administration, leave tracking.
Collaborate with leadership to develop growth pathways and succession plans for key employees.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Support in designing training programs to improve employee capabilities.
Work closely with leadership to support a work culture that balances employee wellbeing with responsible business interests.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in hospitality, construction, or property development industries is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a direct yet respectful approach.
Solution-oriented with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with HRIS tools and systems.
Ability to balance formal HR structure with flexibility for real-world business needs.
