We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist with a strong background and experience in Human Resources to join our energetic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day Human Resources operations.
  • Support the HR Leader across various functions.
  • Provide Human Resources services, HR processes, and promote employee engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis skills and possess advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Organize employee activities and CSR initiatives.
  • Manage social media and HR marketing efforts.
  • Handle multiple HR projects with target-driven follow-up skills.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members, sharing knowledge and developing staff.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) effectively, demonstrating creativity and technological savvy.
Qualifications
  • Ideally hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Talent Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a luxury international hotel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust and confidence.
  • Solid background in working in high-demand business environments.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
