Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Bandung. The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, implementing HR policies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist management in developing an effective organizational structure.
  • Build a strategy for people resource needs with each division.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Identify and develop competency development programs (hard skills & soft skills) per division.
  • Monitor & evaluate employee performance per period.
Qualifications
  • Experience in minimum 2 years in HR.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
