- Strong understanding of Indonesia Manpower Law and HR Management.

Requirements:
- Hold at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related field
- Has experience minimum of 5 years experience in HR Generalist/ HR Payroll
- Able to operate MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and capable to do data analysis and reporting
- Understand Indonesia Manpower Law and regulation, Basic of HR Management, Employee Remuneration, and HRIS Management
- Possess excellent communication both oral and written in Bahasa and English and negotiation skills
- Capable to use HRIS System (Talenta)
- Able to calculate income tax (Pph21) for monthly salary payroll
- Passionate to work under dynamic and demanding environment
- Willing to work onsite (full) in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta and overtime (including during weekend) if necessary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare administration duties such as Offering letter, PKWT, PKWTT, up-to-date employee data, attendance, leave, permit, overtime, warning letter, termination, awards, promotion, mutation, demotion, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan registration
- Handling monthly payroll calculations, including reimbursement, insurance, etc.
- Control time-out contact or probation period (send reminder/alarm to end-user)
- Work with Legal Department to manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws, including labor laws and implement effective risk management programs
- Support other HR Team as necessary
