Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various functions within the Human Resources Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support this position in assisting recruitment, employee administration, training coordination, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  • Assisting with employee engagement and morale-boosting activities
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support monthly payroll and employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, etc.).
  • Performs administrative tasks related to HR, such as : generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Job Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good understanding of HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
