The ideal candidate will be responsible for various functions within the Human Resources Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support this position in assisting recruitment, employee administration, training coordination, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
- Assisting with employee engagement and morale-boosting activities
- Help coordinate training and development programs.
- Support monthly payroll and employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, etc.).
- Performs administrative tasks related to HR, such as : generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Assist in handling employee relations matters and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
