Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any related field from a reputable university.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of strong working experience as HRGA Manager.
  3. Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and presentation skills.
  5. Having great interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence.
  6. Able to build trust with employees without compromising company regulations or policy.
  7. Smart, honest, initiative, enthusiastic, and authentic.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Overseeing & conducting payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  2. Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring an effective hiring process aligned with the company’s strategies, cultures, & values. Experience collaborating with a consulting firm or HR association is preferred. Able to make a manpower plan and coordinate with other divisions.
  3. Employee Policies, Compliance, ISO, and SOP: Create and develop HRGA policies, effective workflow charts, and enforce disciplinary actions to comply with the company’s policy.
  4. HRGA Administration: Maintain HRGA records, generate reports, ensure data accuracy, and manage day-to-day HRGA operations.
  5. Development: Create or coordinate training and development programs. Provide coaching & counseling to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  6. Facility & Office Management: Coordinate efficient office operations, including facility maintenance and office equipment and supplies. Experience collaborating with 3rd parties, such as outsourcing vendors, is required.
