About the Role

As Human Resources Director, you will lead the local implementation of the organization's global HR strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Indonesia’s business and cultural landscape.

This is a pivotal leadership role driving strategic workforce planning, large-scale recruitment, leadership development, and a strong culture of equity, ethics, and inclusion. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Country Director and leadership team, enabling both organizational performance and people development.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the HR strategic plan aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Implement and localize global HR policies to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and ethical workplace practices.
  • Advise and partner with senior leadership on organizational development and talent strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and leadership capability.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or Business (Master’s is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with regional or international exposure.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale recruitment, labor relations, compensation management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is required
