Juara Holding Group is a dynamic, innovative company specializing in luxury tourism, digital media, and creative production. We’re experiencing rapid growth and looking for an experienced and dedicated HRD & Payroll Administrator to strengthen our organizational structure and maintain a positive, professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee comprehensive HR administration, including attendance management, payroll, BPJS (health

& employment insurance), employment contracts, NDAs, and related administrative documentation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and monthly reporting.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and

onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Foster a positive, professional workplace culture, proactively manage internal conflicts, and maintain effective

internal communication.

  • Consistently enforce internal company policies and regulations.
  • Plan and execute training, workshops, and career development initiatives.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative records both digitally and physically.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in HR administration and payroll, preferably within startups or dynamic

business environments.

  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential employee and financial information professionally.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Strong conflict-resolution abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient under pressure and comfortable working within tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and payroll software.
  • Quick learner and capable of adapting to GPT & AI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law, specifically within the Bali region.
  • Experienced in creating and implementing company regulations and internal policies.
