Responsibilities:

  1. Process the agreement contract and follow up the contract renewal also with the promotion and demotion.
  2. Handle employee relations.
  3. Maintain employee records (attendance, permits, leave, sick, and more).
  4. Manage payroll, benefits, allowances, overtime, and employee loans.
  5. Manage & register BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan (apply new, monthly payment, and report) online with SIPP and eDabu.
  6. Manage and maintain employee files and records.
  7. Assist in performance management processes.
  8. Manage asset & office management needs.
  9. Perform business as usual as HR Generalist.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law/Psychology/HR Management.
  2. Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role for at least 2 years.
  3. Familiarity with HRIS (TALENTA – MEKARI) is an advantage.
  4. Familiarity with income tax (PPH21), BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  5. Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  6. Good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
  7. Strong HR analytics skills and good knowledge of updated labor regulations in Indonesia.
  8. Able to handle disciplinary actions.
