Our second brand, Glowinc, offers genderless products at affordable prices. The offline/online commerce platform, Beautyhaul, supports multiple brands and directly reaches our customers. We are incubating more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the South Asia beauty market.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expertise to management on all HR areas or manage specific HR functions such as employment, planning, and development.
2. Lead and manage the people management agenda within a business unit or area, acting as a facilitator for the management team.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the business unit, key employees, and processes.
4. Build strong relationships with the business unit and facilitate HR requests and solutions.
5. Implement best HR practices and support HR process delivery within the business unit.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; final year students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Minimum 3 months experience as an HR Intern is a plus.
3. Experience in organizational development, change management, coaching, and communication.
4. Ability to effectively partner with all organizational levels and positively influence teams.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
7. People-oriented and proactive individuals are a good fit for our HR team.
8. Willing to work in the office at Bluegreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat.
9. Available to join as soon as possible.
