Position Overview:

HRBP – Technology Division

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or Manager to support scalability of our Information Technology and Software Development Division here at Meratus. In this role, you will work closely with Group Leadership and the Division Management Team to align HR initiatives with business priorities, focusing on people operations, team development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

You should have a strong understanding of technology and digital team dynamics, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in building teams, managing performance, and developing people strategies tailored to technology teams across engineering, product and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to technology and digital leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
  • Workforce Planning & Capability Development – Identify future skill needs, drive upskilling initiatives, and design career pathways for digital professionals in a scalable environment.
  • Performance Management & Leadership Coaching – Implement robust performance frameworks and coach leaders on effective feedback, growth conversations, and team dynamics.
  • Organizational Development & Change Management – Support agile ways of working, digital transformation projects, and cultural change initiatives across the division.
  • HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize workforce data to provide actionable insights that improve talent engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement – Foster a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive tech culture that enhances employee well-being and collaboration.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy – Ensure competitive rewards structures for digital talent, balancing fairness, performance incentives, and market trends.
  • HR Compliance & Risk Management – Navigate employment regulations, and ethical HR practices in tech environments.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with broader business and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related fields.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in supporting people initiatives across Technology/Digital teams or Tech-related functions. Preference will be given to people with experience in scaling HR in tech startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of workforce dynamics, digital talent challenges, and emerging trends in tech-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to engage and retain high-calibre digital talent, particularly in fast-paced or scaling environments.
  • Capability to leverage HR analytics, performance data, and insights to optimize workforce strategies.
  • Proven experience in supporting digital transformation efforts, fostering collaboration and innovation within tech teams.
  • Strong ability to engage technical stakeholders, translating HR strategies into actionable business outcomes.
  • Ability to cultivate a positive and high-performance culture, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities, ensuring smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
