FDC Dental Clinic is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee all Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters across the organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies while supporting a positive, fair, and collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, balancing business needs with people priorities to drive organizational effectiveness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution processes
  • Develop and maintain a healthy and balanced industrial climate within the organization
  • Provide guidance to management on employment law, employee discipline, and termination procedures
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource experience, with a strong focus on Industrial Relations
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism, fairness, and discretion
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and comfortable working with digital HR systems
