Job Description
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, policies, procedures, and design HR roadmap and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage and support the recruitment and selection process to acquire the best talent fit for the organization.
  3. Manage and develop employee competency, analyzing competency assessment overall in the organization.
  4. Manage and support the implementation of Performance Management with Balanced Score Card to review employee achievement over certain periods.
  5. Manage the training needs assessment to arrange and execute training programs aligned with the needs of skill and development in the organization based on competency.
  6. Maintain compensation, benefits & rewards to retain the best talent and ensure the organization's practices meet industry standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2).
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Assistant Manager (preferably in medium to large scale companies), preferably in multi-finance companies.
  3. Experience in Organization Development, Recruitment Selection, Compensation Benefits, Training Development, Industrial and Employee Relations.
  4. Strong leadership skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  6. Excellent analytical, resourceful, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Good proficiency in English, both oral & written, is a must.
