Job description
Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible for the establishment and implementation of the company's human resources management system, covering recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, employee relations and other modules, adapting to the personnel structure characteristics of the construction equipment leasing industry (including technical positions, operation positions, etc.).
  • Formulate recruitment plans according to the company's local business needs in Indonesia, expand localized recruitment channels, complete core position recruitment, and control recruitment quality and efficiency.
  • Organize employee orientation, on-the-job and skill improvement training, especially safety and technical training related to equipment leasing, to enhance the professional literacy of the team.
  • Establish and implement the performance appraisal system, design assessment indicators combined with the business scenarios of construction equipment leasing, and promote the application of performance results in salary adjustment and promotion decisions.
  • Handle local employee relations in Indonesia, ensure compliance with labor regulations, be familiar with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and avoid labor risks; coordinate cross-departmental communication and create a positive working atmosphere.
  • Regularly compile human resources data analysis reports to provide human resource support for the company's strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • College degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred; more than 3 years of working experience as an HR Supervisor, with working experience in the construction or engineering equipment leasing industry is a plus.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor laws, regulations and local employment procedures, and those with local recruitment channel resources in Indonesia are preferred.
  • Master practical skills in all HR modules, be good at building recruitment systems and managing employee relations, and be able to independently solve complex problems in human resources management.
  • Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills, team collaboration ability and pressure resistance; proficiency in English-Chinese or Indonesian-Chinese bilingual is preferred.
  • Proficient in office software and common human resources management systems.
