Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our team at Aston Hotel Purwokerto (PT. Delta Wibawa Bersama) in North Purwokerto, Central Java. As our Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the company's people strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and best practices.
3. Manage the company's talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting high-calibre candidates.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
5. Design and deliver training and development programmes to upskill and engage our workforce.
6. Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably within the consulting or generalist HR industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of human resource management principles, labour laws and best practices.
3. Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels.
5. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools.
6. A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
