A leading travel technology company in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an HR & GA Manager to lead their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in HR operations and strong knowledge of HR best practices. Responsibilities include overseeing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and analyzing workforce data. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to manage change effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company asset management.
Monitor public services and ensure consistent policy application across all company groups.
Recommend improvements to HRGA policies and initiatives.
Create and manage HR & GA budgets, ensuring compliance with financial plans.
Develop manpower planning and oversee recruitment, salary negotiations, and hiring administration.
Lead performance and talent management processes, ensuring objective assessments and correct talent placement.
Oversee training systems, rewards, and disciplinary actions in line with regulations.
Analyze turnover data to identify improvement areas.
Update company regulations in line with operational needs and labor law changes.
Ensure timely renewal of all company permits and certifications.
Implement ISO standards and manage compliance with local and international requirements.
Foster strong industrial relations, including union collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and policy implementation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.
Adaptability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Able to speaking confidently in English
Willing to work from office in Jakarta Pusat.
