Product testing in office, factories, warehouse etc based on PO and product specification.
Do inspection based on PO and Quality supervisor instructions and planner scheduled.
Assist in problem solving of inspection in time. Conduct product inspections based on orders and production schedules. Thoroughly inspect exported goods as needed to ensure they meet the predetermined quality standards.
Documents and reports: Record the accuracy of inspection, testing results, and quality issues.
Communicate quality issues to suppliers and develop corrective measures; Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Identify areas for improvement in the quality control process and propose feasible solutions.
Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and standards.
Assist the department head in formulating corresponding quality development strategies and quality management work plans based on the overall business strategy of the company.
Responsible for the daily quality management of the assigned customers.
Promote various functional departments within the company to make special improvements to major quality issues and lead to the reduction of quality costs.
Guide QA engineers to follow up on quality issues in various stages of the new project and propose improvement requirements and suggestions for important quality issues.
Organize the investigation, handling, and follow-up of market quality complaints; Review the customer complaint response report from QA engineers.
Follow up on internal, second, and third-party factory audits, and organize responsible departments to correct, prevent, and improve any non-conformities raised during the audit process.
Organize the development and implementation of annual quality education and training plans for the department and the company, and undertake the task of teaching some quality courses during the quality training process.
Promote and supervise the establishment and operation of quality systems in various functional departments.
Qualifications:
College or above and have 3 years of quality management experience in the small household appliance industry.
With good communication and coordination skills and quality awareness.
Familiar with modern quality management tools, concepts, quality management tools, Statistical process control methods, 6 SIGMA management, etc.
Qualifications include management skills, quality planning skills, mastery of quality management tools, quality control methods, and relevant knowledge of 6 SIGMA management.
Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system and 14000 environmental management system.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
Willing to accept training in Nansha, Guangzhou, China in the short-term.
