A leading HR firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR processes and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in HR data management tools and knowledge of Indonesian labor law are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, with hands-on experience in areas such as Organizational Development, Recruitment & Assessment, and Human Resources Information System.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Have a solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance standards is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in HR data management tools and systems (SunFish & GreatDay, Microsoft Excel, Psychometric Test) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Placement: Headquarter Office at Sunter, North Jakarta.
