Human Capital Organizational Development Officer

Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendation and improvement regarding the organizational structure in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization.
  • Carry out and organize job analysis, job description, job evaluation, and job grading according to the company's needs in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization.
  • Make competency dictionary for every job, including technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Evaluate standard organizational indicators to monitor and control the level of organizational health, to see the relevance to the latest business needs.
  • Analyze, calculate and manage the number of employees nationally both in the Head Office and Branches, including the position, work location, employees hired, moved or left the company and other considerations.
  • Carry out and maintain change management, and monitor organization plans that have been approved.
  • Implement strategies to develop improvement and innovation in the company.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in any major with GPA 3.00.
  • Preferably experienced in related fields.
  • Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Suites.
  • Ability in data statistics.
  • Able to work in a customer-focus manner.
  • Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skills.
