Carry out and organize job analysis, job description, job evaluation, and job grading according to the company's needs in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization.
Make competency dictionary for every job, including technical and behavioral competencies.
Evaluate standard organizational indicators to monitor and control the level of organizational health, to see the relevance to the latest business needs.
Analyze, calculate and manage the number of employees nationally both in the Head Office and Branches, including the position, work location, employees hired, moved or left the company and other considerations.
Carry out and maintain change management, and monitor organization plans that have been approved.
Implement strategies to develop improvement and innovation in the company.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any major with GPA 3.00.
Preferably experienced in related fields.
Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Suites.
Ability in data statistics.
Able to work in a customer-focus manner.
Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skills.
